Cleaning fees, required taxes, Airbnb service fees, a non-refundable damage protection fee, and a refundable security deposit may apply and will be shown before booking or included in the rental agreement.
The refundable security deposit may be used for HOA tickets, resort/HOA violations, fines, lost items, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other guest-related incidentals. Any unused refundable security deposit is returned according to the booking platform or rental agreement terms.
Parking at The Cliffs Condo Resort is handled separately by The Cliffs front desk at check-in. Parking passes and parking fees are not included with the reservation payment and are managed directly by The Cliffs Resort.
Please note: this condo does not have air conditioning and is best for guests who enjoy Kauai’s natural breezes, ceiling fans, and open-air island living.
This home is best suited for respectful guests who value a clean, calm, well-prepared Princeville stay with clear house rules. The Cliffs is a resort community, so normal daytime sounds such as landscaping, maintenance, nearby guests, or resort activity may occasionally occur. Parties, smoking/vaping, unauthorized guests, and occupancy violations are not allowed.

- Drive time to Princeville: ~55–60 minutes (Renting a car is recommended)

- From Lihue Airport, take Kuhio Hwy (Hwy 56) north
- Continue toward Princeville
- Follow signs into The Cliffs at Princeville resort
